Scalesights is a product of DataKwery LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Scalesights ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Scalesights is a survey benchmarking platform that allows users to connect their Google Forms, analyze survey responses, and generate personalized benchmark reports for survey respondents.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Google Account Integration

When you connect your Google account, you authorize us to access your Google Forms and responses in read-only mode. We will:

  • Only access data you explicitly authorize
  • Never modify, delete, or create content in your Google account
  • Use your data solely to provide the benchmarking service

You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Violate the privacy of survey respondents

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining necessary consents from survey respondents.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Scalesights and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your survey data remains your property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scalesights shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time.
