Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. If you sign up using Google, we receive basic profile information from your Google account.

Google Forms Data (with your permission)

If you connect your Google account to use our survey benchmarking features, we request read-only access to:

  • Google Forms structure - We read your form questions and structure to display them in our interface and generate benchmark reports. We cannot modify your forms.
  • Google Forms responses - We read survey responses to calculate aggregate benchmarks and generate personalized reports for respondents. We cannot modify or delete responses.
  • Google Drive (read-only) - We use this solely to list your Google Forms so you can select which ones to connect. We do not access other files in your Drive.

This access is read-only - we cannot modify, delete, or create any content in your Google account. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account permissions.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This collects anonymous usage data such as pages visited, time on site, and general location. You can opt out using browser extensions or privacy settings.
